They have an unique thinking which is deeply conceal in their mind. have people be attentive to the consequence of crime in the event of the penalty excuted ? Furthermore, most of the investication point out that there are a abnormal experience in criminal's childhood. Let us pay attention to the efficiency of children welfare foundation rather than dispute death penalty excuted or not.
